Roof Replacement
A full re-roof involves stripping the old covering, checking and repairing the timbers, fitting new breathable membrane and battens, then laying new tiles or slate. Most houses are completed in 1–2 weeks depending on size and weather.

Flat Roofing
For flat roofs we recommend GRP fibreglass or EPDM rubber — both are seamless, low-maintenance and typically last 25+ years. Most extension and garage flat roofs are replaced in 1–3 days.

Emergency Roof Repairs
If water is coming through your ceiling, call our emergency line. We'll talk you through making the area safe, then send a roofer to make the roof watertight — usually with a temporary repair first and a permanent fix once conditions allow.

Overflowing or leaking gutters can cause damp walls and rotten fascia boards. We clear, repair and replace guttering, and fit low-maintenance uPVC fascias and soffits — most houses are done in a day.

Chimney Repairs & Leadwork
Leaks around chimneys are usually caused by failed lead flashing or crumbling mortar. We repoint stacks, replace flashings, refit pots and cowls, and carry out traditional leadwork on valleys, bays and dormers.

Roof Inspections & Surveys
A roof inspection checks tiles, ridges, flashings, gutters, chimneys and the loft space, and gives you a written photo report with any issues ranked by urgency. Ideal before buying a home or after a storm.
